Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a demanding series of 26 classic yoga postures and breathing exercises. This series is suitable for all ages and levels of ability and was scientifically designed to warm, stretch and strengthen every muscle, ligament, tendon and joint, and promote the development of a strong, lean, more balanced body.
Bikram Yoga is done in a HEATED room to increase circulation and warm your muscles. The heat allows for a deeper workout, creates a cardiovascular benefit, prevents injury and cleanses the body by flushing toxins. The postures also stimulate the organs, glands and nerves to a state of self-regeneration by moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to healthy working order.
