Welcome to BYA! We're so happy to have you. As a Groupon user, it's so easy to get your Bikram Yoga practice started, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Check out our New Student section to read up on everything you need to know about your first Bikram Yoga Class: It will tell you what you need to bring, wear, drink, etc.
     
  2. Click here to print and fill out the new student registration form. You'll bring this filled-out form with your Groupon voucher to the studio when you come in for your first class.
     
  3. Head over to our Class Schedule page and pick any time on our class schedule for your first class — Every class on our schedule is beginner's level, so you can attend any of the 26 class times we offer each week! And there's no need to reserve your spot in the class, there's always room. Just keep in mind: We do not allow late admittance to class, especially for first-timers, so leave early to make it to the studio at least 15 minutes before class starts!
One more thing: In order to get the most out of your first 10 classes, we recommend you try and take them as close together as possible. There is a cumulative effect to the yoga and the more classes you take the closer together the better you'll feel. You will start to notice amazing changes!
