Bikram Yoga - 90-minute sequence of 2 breathing exercises and 26 beginners level postures done in a heated room. All Levels.
Inferno Hot Pilates - 60-minute class done to music in a heated room. IHP is high intensity interval training using Pilates principles. All Levels.
Express - 60-minute class done in a heated room. Includes all the postures from the Bikram class with some additional postures. Practiced more like a flow. All Levels.
Basic - 60-minute class done in a warm room. Includes some of the postures from the Bikram class with several new postures focused on improving hip flexibility. All Levels.
